When You Want Something, First Give That Something Away

20 Nov

Hello all.

The real secret to getting something you need, is by first giving it away. If you are missing love in your life, give love away for free, if you have very little money, give whatever you have away. If you want more happiness, make it your aim first to bring happiness to someone else. If you want peace, send others peace. The list goes on. This goes to the simple universal laws of creation. As you sow so shall you reap. You can’t have more of something unless you are ready to give it away first. By giving it away first, you prove to the universe that you really have it, therefore receiving more of what you want.

Your Choice-The Importance of Your Value System

9 Nov

woods1

Hello all.

You are constantly being presented with many choices in your life. Which is the best one ? You tell me. Only you really know which is the best choice. In this blog I give the power back to the indiviudal. I belive in freewill, and that your choices create your reality. Before we get into choice making, let’s first talk about values, because I believe that your values determine the choices you eventually make.

“You and I are essentially infinite choice-makers. In every moment of our existence, we are in that field of all possibilities where we have access to an infinity of choices.” -Deepak Chopra

Values
The choices you make are a result of your values. Choices are easier to make when you are clear on your values and your set of standards. How do you develop your own values? Well, a lot of it is what you were taught early on as a child. Things generally carry more perceived value to you when were conditioned in a certain way early on. With that said values can actually change over time as you grow and learn more about yourself.

“When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.” -Roy Disney

My Personal Example on Values

An example would be for me personally I used to really value the game of basketball. It was something I loved to do, and enjoyed playing. There was a point in my life that I would think of actually very little else, than playing the game of basketball. So the way I made choices were based around this sport. I remember there would be occasions when I would choose to miss a high school party in my teenage years, to actually practice on my jump shot all night. I valued getting better at the sport so much, that I would make choices focused on this sport. As I grew older there were other things I began to value more. Now that doesn’t mean I don’t like the sport. It just means other things needed more of my attention as time passed by. There were other things that began to excite me at the moment. Things like personal development, business, expressing my creativity, and making a positve impact on the world began to be more valuable to me. So now I structure my choices accordingly, based on the values I have in the present.

What Do You Value?

Begin now to get clear on what your values are at this moment in your life. We all have different values. For example, Some people value money more than anything else, some value family, relationships, friendships etc. I’m not here to judge you on what you value. I’m here to let you know that the things, people, and experiences you value the most is what really guides you in your decision making. So the next time you find yourself having to make a hard decision between one thing or another, think about what you value at the moment. What is important for you? When you get clear on your values, you are clear on the choices you decide to make. Remember, at the end of the day it is always your choice.

It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped. -Tony Robbins

Put Your Creativity Into Action

1 May

Hello all.
Putting your creative work out is always a challenge. Especially when you are just starting out. A lot of the pressure comes from not knowing what the audience will think. This leads to a fear of criticism.
Have you ever tried something that you thought was really creative and people laughed and looked down on you for doing it? Or maybe you just had what you believed to be a truly creative idea and ambitious goal and people said “how can you do that?” or “You can’t do that!”
While constructive criticism is essential to any worthwhile success, when you let what people say negatively effect your action towards your goal, it can turn into a problem.

“In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.”
-Tony Robbins

I use my personal blogs as an example a lot. I started out these blogs with no real concrete direction in mind. I just started out as a hobby, something to “kill time.” really knew was that I was going to use my personal life experiences as I was building my business and share ideas that have worked for me along the way. The first six months I received consistent 0 views on my blog. So I mean 17,000+ views later I think that’s not so bad.

“Do It Now Method”
The point here is this. If you have something creative to share, use the method that I use.
The method is called the “Do It Now” Method.
I say to myself, “Do it Now” every time I have a creative idea, and I write it down on a notebook, so I won’t forget it. Or I immediately start working on it at that moment.

This gets my creative juices moving into action immediately, so that there is not enough time to second guess my idea. You can use this method whenever you have a creative idea, and witness the great results of this simple yet highly effective method. I believe that we limit our creativity when we over think what we should do. Those hunches, or intuitive ideas that come to each one of us comes for a reason, and it is up to you to either hold on to it or share it with others.

If you begin using the “Do it Now Method” you will begin to see that great results take place, because you are putting immediate action on your hunches. It is also important to remember it’s perfectly fine if what you decide to work on doesn’t come out like you expected the first time. This takes practice, the more you develop this method the better the results over time.
The critics will be out there both positive and negative, but continue to create and deliver anyway.
Put your creativity into action.

A Healthy Relationship With The Present Moment

26 Feb

Photo From: http://www.coolfreewallpaper.net

Hello all.
When I was a senior in High school, my quote below my yearbook read: “The past is history, the future is a mystery, and the present is a gift.” The present moment is all that really exist. If you sit and think of it, we have memories of the past which we learn and grow from, but in reality, aren’t here right now. We also have expectations and visions for the future, yet the future in reality is still uncertain, and isn’t here yet. Real life is right at this very moment. This is the only thing that is real right now. Beyond successful individuals understand that all power resides in the now. Beyond succesful individuals focus on the here and now, and develop a healthy relationship with where they are at currently. There is really no here or there, just what is now.

“I do not want to foresee the future. I am concerned with taking care of the present. God has given me no control over the moment following.”
-Ghandi

When you begin to focus your energy on being present you will begin to awaken to how amazing each moment really is. Each moment is a gift that you can use to open up your awareness to life. I am totally in the present moment as I type these words, and this is why I am fully aware and experiencing joy at this very moment. There are no disruptions from anyone or anything. This is my comfortable space of creating. I enjoy it and am grateful to be here. This is the best gift of life, to be aware of the here and now.

What kind of relationship are you having now with the present moment? Is it healthy or unhealthy? Do you want to be somewhere else right now? Begin now to have a healthy relationship with this place you are now in. Remember the law of attraction is always at work. You need to focus on choosing how you intend to relate to what is going on right now in your life. What you focus on expands. So if you focus on enjoying this exact moment you open up to awareness and the goodness of life, and attract more of this goodness towards you. The amazing thing about this is idea is that you can literally choose at this very moment how you want to feel. You can choose at this moment to truly be happy right now, or choose to be miserable. You don’t need any external reason to be happy. You can be happy for no reason at all. The fact that you are where you are and being where you are is bringing you happiness, is really all there is to it. Remember everything else is supposed to happen the way it must. Your goal is to have a healthy relationship with what is going on in the present moment. I am convinced that present moment awareness is the key to achieving a beyond succesful lifestyle.

Why We Need Peace

22 Feb

Hello all.
The activists in the world that send messages of peace, are the ones that have seen the suffering, and negative energy at it’s worst. When you have seen the worst of what can happen, and admit that it causes you and other’s further suffering, you will begin to see why you need peace. Peace is easily misunderstood. What a lot of people do is look for peace outside themselves first. When in reality the way to peace, is to find it within yourself first. When you are at peace with what you are doing, and what you are becoming, it is much easier for you to be a peaceful person to others. When your life is filled with hate and dissatisfaction, you will always be seeking that out in others, when all you have to really do is look within.

I have noticed that when my inner world is not at peace, then my outer world reflects that same thing back to me, and vis-versa. Why do we need peace? Because we have seen suffering for too long.
I believe those that don’t find peace within themselves, haven’t push the limit to the suffereing that they experience and give off to others. When you reach that tipping point of suffering, you spring back into your inner state of peace. When your inner world is peaceful, your outer world is at peace.
The biggest war is not in Iraq, or in any other country. The biggest war is in our mind.

We need peace, because suffering is hurting people beyond comprehension. This suffereing is what gives the ego a slight rush of excitement, because the ego thrives on being right and thrives on separation. Inner peace is egoless. It is so real that if you first felt it that you might be in awe of your own being. Imagine being in awe of yourself because you are so much at peace. You need peace to raise your own awareness of life, and ultimately to have a clearer understanding of why you are here on earth.

Why Focusing On What Is Going Good, Propels You To Beyond Success.

Hello all.
Focusing on your success and the good things that have occurred up to this point in your life is essential for propelling you towards beyond success. When you sit down and write down the good things that have occurred, you feel the energy of all the things going good, you take on a new energy. This is the energy that we must work from in order to get the ball rolling. What did you successfully do today, it can be small or large. Congratulate yourself, be grateful for experiencing it and move from there.
What you focus on expands. This is essential to anything you undertake.
Your creations become a reflection of the energy and intention you put into it.

That’s why my creations are so amazing. My energy and intention are coming from a positive, amazing place. This is a choice I consciously have to make. I am a Magician along with being a Baker.

I’m a “Magiker”

Where People Will Flock in 2009 & How The Truth Will Always Prevail.

Hello all.
By the end of 2009 I predict many people will flock to bookstores and libraries at record numbers. Many people being jobless and laid off will be searching for some kind of truth. The bookstores and libraries offer some kind of relief to the individual that gets laid off of work.

People will also be flocking in record numbers onto sites such as Youtube and blogs written by real people, (such as this one) in search for truth and clarity. Towards the later part of 2009 Beyond Success Baker Blog will continue to be a great success because it always comes from a place of truth, and the truth will always prevail. It is the people that come on here that will make this the success, because these blogs are a reflection of their hopes and dreams. The creative people that begin to follow their dreams, will keep creating positive value to other people, and enjoy a life of inner peace and abundance.

However, the ones that refuse this will be more angry and frustrated than ever, and will resist truth by giving into temptations to do wrong, and drown in the darkness they created for themselves. I see this path as the cause of many addictions taking place such as an obsession with sex, drugs, negative thought patterns, and alcohol. This will create karma that will need to be re-paid either in this lifetime or the next.

2009 is a crucial year as we prepare for the shift in consiousness that is scheduled for 2012.

The Truth Will Always Prevail.

Light and Gratitude,

I will Write about Something Good-Positive Energy

30 Nov

plus-sign

Today I am going to blog about something Good. This blog is pure positive good energy. Being positive is very natural for some people, while other have to logically try to still see if it makes sense. However my worry is that people try to analyze the concept of positive energy “too much” and actually go in the opposite end of what Positive energy really is.

Positive energy is something you feel more than anything else. Positive energy is the key factor in achieving beyond success in anything you undertake. It is the fuel that makes the process much more exciting and worthwhile.
When I take on projects, I only take them on if it feels right. When I say feels right, I have to know that there is enough positive energy into what I’m doing, or I just cut it out completely. Energy goes where Intention goes. So if you intend on positive you receive positive experiences. If you intend on negative you receive negative experiences.
Letting your positive emotions guide you is usually the best thing to do when determining which direction to go.

What I can say with certainty is that positive energy feels better than negative energy.

Letting your positive emotions guide you is usually the best thing to do when determining which direction to go.

Robert Kiyosaki Was Correct in his Prediction of U.S Economy.

19 Sep

In 2002 a book written by Robert Kiyosaki entitled, Prophecy: Why the Biggest Sock Market Crash In History Is Still Comming… and How You can Prepare Yourself and Profit from it!

This book was written by Robert Kiyosaki author of the best seller Rich Dad Poor Dad. He talks about in this book (written in 2002), about the economic events that are happening now in 2008. I read this book in 2004 and was not sure if I believed all of it, but I kept the ideas back in my mind. From that point on I have been diligently studying economic trends, with a strong concentration in real estate cycles. The main point of the book is that in 2002 he saw the stock market crashing, like it is doing today (2008), and he provides reason for this market crash and he also discusses what practical things people need to start doing to prepare for this collapse in the economy.

In 2002 he made the following predictions in
his book that you might consider:

1. Millions will be left destitute in old age.

2. Medical care will get even more expensive.

3. Terrorism will increase.

4. Japan, currently the world’s second largest economy, is on the brink of financial collapse and depression.

5. China will become the world’s largest economy.

6. The world population will continue to age.

With that said, this blogs intention was to reiterate some of the previous blogs I’ve been posting about the split between the Rich and Poor in America, and the U.S economic collapse. I have a quote from Robert Kiyosaki’s from this book Prophecy , in his own words:

“One thing is for certain, he gap between the haves and have-nots in America and the world will definitely widen. Those who move with these global changes will become richer than ever before.”
-Robert Kiyosaki

Prophecy (2002).

I’m ready for this are you?

Vision Boards

1 Sep

Hello.
Here is a video I made about the Power of a Vision Board. But first I’d like to give you a brief description of what a Vision Board is according to Cornelis Boertjens
CEO of OrangePeel Vision Boards.

A vision Board is A very powerful way to use visualization is by creating a so called “Vision Board”, also known as a “Dream Board”. It is one of the most powerful ways to put the law of Attraction to work for you. A Vision Board is a collage of pictures of the goals and dreams you want to attract in your life. Important is to really use the exact image of what you want to attract, as whatever you show on your Vision Board will become part of your reality! So if you want a specific kind of car, make sure it is exactly the type, model and color you desire.

A very basic and fun way of creating a Vision Board is by taking a big piece of carton, scissors, glue and tons of magazines. Go through the magazines and search for images of your dreams, or search for the right images on the internet. Cut out the images and glue them on your cardboard. For more power, add affirmations such as “I love driving my new Porsche” or “I spend lots of quality time with my family”. This reinforces what you desire. Hang your cardboard on a spot where you will see it on a very regular basis, such as at your desk or in the kitchen. Look at it daily, and really FEEL as if you have already achieved the things on your Vision Board. Look at your Board as often as possible with focused intent. You will be surprised to see the things on your Vision Board show up in your life –sooner or later- providing you keep putting your intention on them and stay positive.

By looking at your Vision Board on a consistent (daily) basis, you will manifest the life you truly desire and deserve!
