PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT INSPIRED BY THE BAKER

The Most Important Thing To Consider In Your Personal Development November 13, 2009

tree3

Hello all.

The most important thing to consider in your personal development is that it is YOUR personal development. It doesn’t belong to anyone else, so that’s why I believe that the more you understand your timing and the way you get in your flow, the more you can appreciate your own personal development. So regardless of where you think you are in your own personal development,  know that it’s okay to be there as long as you know you are growing at your pace. Keep in mind what others think about where  you are in your personal development does not matter in this example. Only you would really know where you are in your personal development. If you get stuck with the feeling of not growing, that’s what leads to a lot of confusion about life.

We Are All In different stages in life.

We are all in different stages, I won’t even begin to assume to guess where you are on your particular path. But I know that personal develoment takes time. Some people are developing at this very moment and may not even know it. That’s why I urge people to keep record of all the growing up they did, so you can be grateful for the joy of learning new things for the future. I will post a video soon about the joy of learning on Youtube.

Don’t Compare

Comparing your personal growth with others is a total waste of time. Where you are today is a result of all the choices you made to lead you up to this point in life. It can be daunting or exciting depending on the consious or unconscious choices you have made in the past. But remember regardless if you are doing really well, or things are a bit of a challenge for you at the moment, don’t compare yourself to others. The ego loves to compare and do all these mind tricks, and ends up loosing in the end, because we are all one unified consiousness. Yes we all have different life experiences, but we are all connected at a deeper level in humanity. Accept where you are in your personal development, and use your knowledge to grow and expand into realities you intend to experience for yourself.

YOUR Personal Development

So remember it is your Personal development which means it doesn’t matter where you think you are along the path, or what others think, as long as you recognize life lessons when they appear, and grow from each one in a manner that is right for you. Being Patient and honoring your own personal development growth is essential to a worthwhile life.

The Amazing & Spectacular Life!!! November 12, 2009

Filed under: Uncategorized — beyondsuccess @ 7:46 pm

amazing-water

Hello all.

The Amazing

The life you are living at this moment is amazing. It is amazing because the way in which you decide to go about your life is exactly what you should be doing. Where you are at and what you are thinking is exactly what you should be thinking. This is why life is amazing. It’s amazing because you are still breathing, you still have food to eat. Amazing is inside you and you know it. When you woke up this morning you were ready for an amazing day regardless if you knew it or not. The best part of this amazing life is the reality that you don’t need any specific or particular reason for it to be amazing. It becomes amazing the moment you see it that way.

The Spectacular

The life you are living at this moment is spectacular. You don’t need any validation, or someone to ask if you are living the spectacular life. You don’t need someone else’s opinion on what is spectacular for you. There is no real logical reason why your life at this moment is spectacular. If you are alive, healthy and able to read this your life is spectacular. You are living in such a spectacular time in history. Honor it, respect it, and be spectacular from within. Plain and simple. You don’t need a reason for your life to be spectacular, you just need to accept that there are spectacular things in your nature that allow it to be so. And so it is.

Hello all.

This post being read is coming from a place of excitement, joy, and wholeness. Creative people, we are living in very exciting times because the inner child is making a huge comeback! The inner child that knows how to have fun and be in the present moment is here kicking its feet and raising its hands up with joy. The flow is here to stay and the new energy that is emerging on this planet is rising and it is rising quickly! The inner child is like your inner knowing that if you just let go, be you, and have fun that the universe attracts beautiful spectacular events into your life because you are being a match to it’s energy.

Celebration From Within

This new consciousness is celebrating from within. I’m not talking about a “party spot” in particular. (Although you can do this if your spirit is feeling it!) No, I’m speaking about a place of celebrating your true self, the joyous, happy, abundant YOU from within your spirit! Your real inner child can now step out as the energy on this planet and the flow is truly supporting it. This energy is abundant, playful, joyful, and available for you once you begin now to celebrate the inner joy of being you. Tapping into this celebration of your life, begins with the focus of being grateful and embracing all the good that is already inside you!

YES for the Creative Individuals!

The most exciting thing about this time is that creative indviduals, when they come from this place of play, joy, and wholness, they will enter a space of so much good and abundance, that it will be dizzying at first at the sight of how amazing things even began to manifest. Creative individuals this your time to express that inner child that is deep within you. This inner child blossoms the moment you tap into a spectacular array of inspiration, synchronistic events, and joy. Stay in this amazing space, it is real it is true, and it will support you if you simply just believe in it!

Blessings to your inner child!!!

Your Choice-The Importance of Your Value System November 9, 2009

Hello all.

You are constantly being presented with many choices in your life. Which is the best one ? You tell me. Only you really know which is the best choice. In this blog I give the power back to the indiviudal. I belive in freewill, and that your choices create your reality. Before we get into choice making, let’s first talk about values, because I believe that your values determine the choices you eventually make.

“You and I are essentially infinite choice-makers. In every moment of our existence, we are in that field of all possibilities where we have access to an infinity of choices.” -Deepak Chopra

Values
The choices you make are a result of your values. Choices are easier to make when you are clear on your values and your set of standards. How do you develop your own values? Well, a lot of it is what you were taught early on as a child. Things generally carry more perceived value to you when were conditioned in a certain way early on. With that said values can actually change over time as you grow and learn more about yourself.

“When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.” -Roy Disney

DSC000501 a.m on a Saturday Morning working on the Baker Jump Shot

My Personal Example on Values

An example would be for me personally I used to really value the game of basketball. It was something I loved to do, and enjoyed playing. There was a point in my life that I would think of actually very little else, than playing the game of basketball. So the way I made choices were based around this sport. I remember there would be occasions when I would choose to miss a high school party in my teenage years, to actually practice on my jump shot all night. I valued getting better at the sport so much, that I would make choices focused on this sport. As I grew older there were other things I began to value more. Now that doesn’t mean I don’t like the sport. It just means other things needed more of my attention as time passed by. There were other things that began to excite me at the moment. Things like personal development, business, expressing my creativity, and making a positve impact on the world began to be more valuable to me. So now I structure my choices accordingly, based on the values I have in the present.

What Do You Value?

Begin now to get clear on what your values are at this moment in your life. We all have different values. For example, Some people value money more than anything else, some value family, relationships, friendships etc. I’m not here to judge you on what you value. I’m here to let you know that the things, people, and experiences you value the most is what really guides you in your decision making. So the next time you find yourself having to make a hard decision between one thing or another, think about what you value at the moment. What is important for you? When you get clear on your values, you are clear on the choices you decide to make. Remember, at the end of the day it is always your choice.

It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped. -Tony Robbins

Abundance Mindset V.S Scarcity Mindset-Why The Universe Rewards People Who Are Detached November 9, 2009

Green_Grass_Blue_Sky_Bliss

Hello all.

You probably heard about the abundance and scarcity mindset before. The abundance mindset is a way of living that comes across as confident, detached, and joyful. It is confident that money, resources, and people will come in it’s own perfect time. The abundance mindset believes that there is always going to be more than enough. The scarcity mindset is a way of living that comes across as worried, attatched, and sad. The scarcity mindset always believes there is never going to be enough. It is constantly worried that money, resources, and people will not come.

The universe rewards Detachment

The universe rewards detatchment because after an intention is set, and you let go of this desire, the universe sees that you are confident and assured it will come. It seems counter intuitive by what we were taught in this society. The idea of setting a goal and never loosing sight of this goal (attaching) until completion does work. However, that way is only one way of reaching a desire. You see by being easy and relaxed about something coming is sending signals to the universe that you are in a dominant vibration. As you sink into a lower vibration of neediness and being clingy the universe gives you more neediness and scarcity, because this is a weaker vibration.

purple_lotus_flower

On A date

Let’s say that you are on a date with someone. You have probably been in the position when you are on a date, and felt that the person that is most interested in the other person and feels the need to attach, is the one that doesn’t get what he or she wants at the end of the day. The person that displays a sense of neediness generally in most cases, leaves feeling unfulfilled. The reason is because neediness is unattractive. There is a feeling of scarcity and lack when someone is in desperate need of something. The person on the date that is having a good time, relaxed, and detached actually is in control over the situation, because he or she is confident that everything works out fine in the end anyway. The same way is with abundance. The person trying desperately to need more abundance gets a lack of it, and the person that is relaxed and easy about it generally gets more abundance.

gold3

On Money

The individuals who care most about having money, generally get it, but aren’t fulfilled because of the way they attatched to the money. The person that sets the intention of having an abundance of money, lets it go and just has fun, is sending out a more dominate vibration out to the universe, and generally attracts more money to him or her. Like I said this may sound counter intuitive because of the way you were socially conditioned early on. However, understanding the importance of detatchment in getting what you desire is actually the best way to attract things to you.

horshoemagnet1

You are a Magnet

Think of yourself as a magnet. You are constantly attracting to yourself that which you are. So if you are a happy joyful abundant person you attract these circumstances and people towards you. The problem is that people have a hard time seeing themselves as a magnet because they are stuck in the scarcity mindset. With the scarcity mindset you aren’t a magnet. As you become aware and grateful for the abundance that is already present in your life, you tune in easier to this abundance. The reason is because abundance is already within you. It’s not something “out there.” If you begin to live in this manner, you will have a lot more fun being yourself and allowing abundance to flow to you simply by just tunning into the abundance within you, by being grateful for what you already have.

Baker Interviews Caroline Sutherland Best Selling Author of the Book “The Body Knows.” November 7, 2009

carolinesutherland

Hello all.

In remembrance of this current flu season, I thought it would be a great idea to do an interview focused on physical health for my November featured interview. I hope this interview helps shed some light on good physical and sound health. I had the great privelage of interviewing Medical Interviewing Caroline Sutherland, the best-selling author of The Body “Knows,” Caroline Sutherland has a vast clinical background as an allergy-testing technician in environmental medicine, which is where her intuitive gift developed. Caroline’s father and grandfather were both medical doctors. As a child, the “blueprint” of her family lineage created important seeds for her future career as a medical intuitive. For more than 25 years, she has lectured internationally, and her intuitive impressions have positively affected the lives of over 100,000 people. Caroline is the founder of Sutherland Communications Inc.

bodyknows

BAKER: Hello Caroline. Thank you for taking part in this blog interview with me, it is an honor to have you on this blog. Can you tell the readers what does it mean to be a Medical Intuitive?

CAROLINE: You are welcome! A medical intuitive is someone who has the ability to “see” beyond the normal levels of perception into subtle levels below. I believe this is a teachable skill and with practice can be developed over time. I started out as an allergy testing technician for medical doctors and naturopathic physicians. During the process of being involved in the assessment and treatment of over 55,000 patient visits, I became very intuitive about the body.

BAKER: When did you begin your work and how did you know that this was going to be your life’s path?

CAROLINE: When I was 39 years old – and I ‘knew” right away that the world of alternative medicine was where I belonged. Here is my bio and e-press kit attached.

BAKER: How did you continue to do your life’s work, when there hasn’t been many people in the mainstream that weren’t doing this type of work as a medical intuitive?

CAROLINE: I love what I do. Louise Hay author of You can Heal your Life discovered me in 1999. The field of medical intuition is one of the most exciting areas of complementary medicine.I like to give people practical suggestions that they can use in every-day life.

BAKER: What would be your message for the readers today that are having a difficult time or struggling to find their own life’s path?

CAROLINE: Learn to meditate – the answers to all of life’s questions are found within. Purpose means to be of loving service. Everyone can do that in small ways and large.

BAKER: Do you believe that when people get sick or ill, that they actually get sick or ill for a reason, and it may be an indication or sign from their body to their soul to change their current actions?

CAROLINE: Yes, illness is a catalyst for change. People get sick when they resist the changes intuitively that they know they need to make.

BAKER: How did the book “The Body Knows” come about?

CAROLINE: That is what I know and understand that The Body Knows – it has a wisdom and it can repair at any age. Our goal is to mobilize that capacity to repair.

BAKER: Are there any future events the readers can look forward to seeing you in?

CAROLINE: I am about to leave for the big Hay House conference in Tampa Florida – I Can Do It! I will be doing mini-readings in booth #36 and my lecture topic is “The Body Knows – How to Stay Young”People can connect with me every Monday night for my free teleconferences where I answer questions and do “spot readings.” www.carolinesutherland.com

BAKER: Thank you Caroline for being on this interview with us. We appreciate your insight and wisdom that you share here and continue to share to countless individuals seeking your help and guidance.

CAROLINE: Thanks so much Baker. All the best with your blogs and your healing journey too! Blessings, Caroline

When you say “Yes” to doing a job you don’t like, a part of your spirit dies. October 28, 2009

Hello all.

We have all been there. The moment of decision, you are offered a job that will make a good enough sum of money that is comfortable for you. “Yay! I finally got a job.” you say to yourself. You get really excited, your parents and people close to you cheer with you, saying all the same thing. The words are uttered “I’m proud of you.”
But wait one second, isn’t “pride” a form of the ego? And if anything is ego based then it won’t last long, and it doesn’t lead to true happiness right?

I get really worried when someone says they are “proud” of me. It’s an indication that I did something good for their ego or something to that effect… I know I’m going in the right direction when something feels right for me, and I actually don’t get a reaction from others. But when I make a decision that a majority of people in society make, like “getting a job” all of a sudden people are “proud of me” ? That worries me.

Being Proud?
It worries me to think that people close to me get an inner sense of pride when I do something like “getting a job.” That’s an indication that they are stuck in a box that someone else has trapped them in. Yes a job means you get money. Yes you need money to survive. But damn! Doing a job you don’t like kills a part of your spirit! Where is THAT STATEMENT in the fine print when I’m signing up for my freakin’ W-2! People need to wake up, and they need to wake up fast, because the world is changing. The rules are changing.

The economy is collapsing people. The reason it is collapsing is because the old structure was built on greed and hunger for power, and only satisfies the temporary high of the ego, so that one day someone who has reached some sort of powerful corporate position can say to that person…
“I’m proud of you.”
You say “yes” to the job. Little did you know the moment you said yes to this job, a part of your spirit dies. I Believe that in most cases, people accept jobs they don’t like because they are in need of something. In many cases it’s money. The bottom line is this, if you are doing a job you don’t like, and you make let’s say a lot of money from it, it won’t really matter in the end. The process is what it’s all about.

The Process
The process is the basis of my Beyond Successful Principles. I mean if you really enjoyed what you were doing and you weren’t in a “needy” position, life really does make a lot more sense. The universe abundantly gives to you the money, resources that you need. It’s all about staying in alignment with what is true for you. If you can trust this wisdom, and even just begin to study it you will find yourself in a place beyond your wildest dreams. You see your spirit knows what is good for you. It constantly tries to remind you via intuition and body signals. By body signals I mean, if you feel your body is being constantly weighed down or sluggish while doing your job, it may be an indication that your body is trying to tell you to choose another direction. Our physical body can only take so much.

Your Body Signals
I have the wonderful privilege of interviewing Caroline Sutherland. The best selling author of the book The Body Knows. She will be on my next blog post. She has studied this stuff and researched and has come to the realization that your physical body is constantly trying to give you signs of what is right or wrong for your spirit. The better your physical body feels the more in alignment you are with your true self, thus creating more exciting and enjoyable life experience.

Tune Into Abundance
What I do know for certain is that if you are doing a job you don’t like just out of neediness, I can guarantee you will always be in a state of neediness. Abundance can’t survive in a state of neediness, because abundance is actually the opposite mindset of neediness. Abundance is the ability to do what you need to do, when you need to do it. It is knowing that all your needs are met financially, emotionally, and spiritually. So in reality when you accept a job you don’t like out of neediness, you actually become more poor, which reflects everything else around you, thus takes away your true abundance that lies within you.

Still Proud?
So please, don’t be proud of people when they are doing jobs they don’t like, because that gives them further motivation to stop listening to their spirit. It gives them validation and approval to do things they don’t like for reasons they don’t understand. Instead be inspired by the blogger, who chooses to blog all day long because that is what give him joy, that is what excites him everyday. Be inspired by the talented musician on youtube who is staying up until 4am to compose some beautiful music for you, because it livens his spirit. Be inspired by the individual who decided to quit her job, and start an empowering business that intends to build a community based on something she feels passionate about and that can create a more positive uplifting space for herself and the people she empowers. Be inspired by the individual that says NO to larger sums of money offered by a corporate job, and chooses to work on his or her passion instead. But also be inspired to the person that says YES to accepting larger sums of money by working on his or her passion. :)

Don’t say “yes” to doing a job you don’t like. Say “YES” to doing work that keeps your spirit alive.

You Don’t “Have To” Do Anything. October 18, 2009

Hello all.
You technically don’t “have to” do anything. We are bred as children to be forced into doing stuff we don’t like to do. This makes for very confused adulthood, as we begin to try to do things that made other people happy. The truth is the only thing you should be doing, is what you feel your life’s purpose is. You should always be following your highest excitment.

Your life’s purpose I can tell you right now is bigger than you. You will never feel like its accomplished, because the size of it. Your life’s purpose is what gets you excited each morning to get up really early to start working on it. However, in the beginning, all you really have to do is listen. Many people are waking up to this wonderful phenomenon. If you don’t know exactly what to do, don’t do anything, sit in silence. Don’t move if you don’t feel like it. We entering an age where freewill is becoming mainstream and easily understood. You control your destiny. You don’t necessarily have to do everything, just pick the few things that resonate deep within you and follow the unfolding of it all. Finding your life’s purpose takes time, and patience. The more you are aware and awakening to the natural flow of life, the more patience you will expect from yourself, and you will begin to realize there are times when you simply don’t have to do anything.

I am not a motivational blogger, I am a realistic blogger. I know that from my experience there were so many times that I was just like, “I don’t have to do anything, it will just come” And guess what. I was right. It just comes, don’t do anything if you don’t feel compelled to move yet. It is all about your timing. It’s not about anybody else’s time clock. You will read many books on self help, and personal development requiring you and pushing you to take action on your goals. But what if your not even in the place of goal setting yet? What if you haven’t found your purpose in life?

I am not like most personal development gurus out there, I know you don’t have it all figured out yet, and that is perfectly fine. We live in a “feeling” universe, you must go with the naturally flow of things. As you become more self aware, you will begin to feel the natural flow of things is actually you being yourself in the moment. Just don’t pretend that you have all these amazing plans for the future, when you aren’t even honestly clear of what your true purpose in life is. Just don’t fall into the habit of laziness. There’s a difference between consious nothingness and just flat out being lazy. But I know that if you are reading this type of blog, you understand the clear difference.

It’s fine not to do anything. Doing nothing, eventually allows you to do something good for you and others, if done consciously.

The Consequences of Conforming In Today’s Society October 18, 2009

Filed under: Uncategorized — beyondsuccess @ 11:33 pm

earth1

Hello all.
There are major consequences for trying to conform in today’s world. I understand what is happening to the economy at a certain level, and I understand what is happening to a majority of individuals on a more consious/spiritual level. What is happening is that the television sets are turned on too much, and the lack of awareness of the goodness and simplicity of life is loosing its ground.
The dark forces that urge people to operate from the T.V egoic generation is multiplying. This is allowing many people to conform more to a society based on a fear.

MY CONCERN
My concern is that the old ways of conforming to the ideas of society, are still here very much alive in the way people talk, dress, and act. I understand that these are hard times for most people as far as the economy, however what I would like to see more of is people starting to really making an effort to be in tune with their higher selves. Your higher self is the best you. It is the you that understands what is going on in today’s world, and is willing to do shine your inner truth out to the world. I believe we live in a day and age where it is dangerous to ones spirit to hang on to old limiting belief systems that keep people in a state of fear. This state of fear is what the current society is trying to keep you in.

THE 2 MAJOR CONSEQUENCES OF CONFORMING IN TODAY’S SOCIETY

1. One of the major consequences of conforming to this society, is a loss of self value. It is very easy to be a follower in the crowd and continue on a path of self destruction, than it is to take responsibility of ones life and progress forward. It is easier to complain and be fearful, than it is to be an optimist and be courageous.
Conforming in this society will lead to more destruction with ones self and spread to others. The conforming society distracts you from your true self value.

2. The second major consequence of conforming to this society, is the loss of creativity. When a person decides to be like everyone else in this strange world, they loose that inner creativity that allows them to soar beyond their wildest dreams. This society urges you to be like everyone else, and play it safe all the time. But your inner child knows that creativity and the ability to co-create with others is what brings out the excitement and joy out of life.
Conforming to societies wants, doesn’t allow you that creative freedom, to even explore and develop your creative talents.

THE NEW PERSPECTIVE

We need people who are themselves, 100% doing work that serves the greater good. We need the real type of change that goes against the conforming ways of this society. This real type of change starts within you. You choose to live a life of a higher or lower vibration.

The truth is that this world is filled with abundance, peace, and joy. I believe it is an energy that just needs to be taped into. Once the person taps into abundance, peace, and joy synchronistic events happen in the individual’s life and life becomes a endless series of pleasurable and exciting moments. Regardless of how society tries to put limitations on you,
begin now to see the world from your higher self, and allow this perspective to inspire and enrich your life everyday.

There is a new energy that is here on this planet that will fully support those that are vibrating from their higher selves. Trust in this new energy, that allows you to be creative, expand, and free.
There are consequences of conforming in today’s society. But it’s always your choice.

Baker Interviews Erik Therwanger, Author of Think GREAT: 5 Steps to a Greater Life. October 13, 2009

erik think great

Baker: Hello Erik. It’s great to have you on this blog! I decided to feature you on my blog, because I had read about your story and the challenges that you had overcome in your life. Please tell the readers about your personal story that you and your wife had to undergo a few years back?

Erik: Hi Baker. It’s a pleasure to be featured on your blog! In 1999, Gina was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. It was very aggressive and she started chemotherapy immediately. We had been married for 10 months – she was 27. Her diagnosis, battle, and decision to think differently became the foundation of my book, Think GREAT.

Baker: What would you say was the most challenging part of the process?

Erik: The most challenging part for us was actually the amount of hardships that hit us at the same time. In addition to Gina’s year-long cancer treatments and two-year recovery, I had been laid off from my job, I switched to a new career, tried to be a great dad to my two sons (from a previous marriage), and my father passed away. Everything happened within a 5-year period.

Baker: Many skeptics out there still doubt the power of our minds and the amazing results we can get by just changing our thoughts. What do you say to the skeptics out there reading this right now that don’t believe in the power of the mind, especially the power of the mind during major life challenges?

Erik: When you start to lose everything, you find that your mindset may be all you have! The mind is the most powerful tool we possess. People, who doubt that, usually do not understand how to harness it properly! Just before Gina received her first cycle of chemo, her oncologist told me to “keep her spirits high.” Even with years of medical training and experience, he understood the power of the mind!

Baker: How did the book “Think Great” come about?

Erik: Over the years, we had many people tell us that they were inspired by our story, especially due to the fact that Gina was told that she would never have children due to her treatments: chemotherapy, radiation, and a stem-cell transplant. 6 years after going into remission we found out that she was pregnant – today our daughter is 3. During this time period we continued to focus on accomplishing life-changing goals!

Baker: How did you come up and formulate the “5 steps to a Greater Life” ?

Erik: I based my program on 2 distinct disciplines: the duties of a U.S. Marine and the duties of a caregiver. I studied people who had achieved greatness in their lives and found 5 very common components that I could apply to my desire for a greater life: Goals, Reasons, Expectations, Actions, and Tracking. Each of these steps are detailed in my book and website: www.thinkgreat90.com

Baker: What is the main message that you intend to pass on with your audience in your workshops?

Erik: My message is that anyone can achieve a greater life by accomplishing life-changing goals, no matter what circumstances they face!

Baker: What are some of future goals you have, that people could look forward to joining you in on?

Erik: I am writing a series of Think GREAT books. Each book will be focused on helping people to accomplish specific life-changing goals: losing weight, earning more money, increasing sales, improving leadership skills, etc.
I am also a Legislative Ambassador for the American Cancer Society and participate extensively in the Relay for Life with Gina. Together, our goal is to help eliminate cancer and give people hope!

Baker: Well Erik, I’d like to personally thank you for taking the time out to do this interview, and I hope many more people continue to be touched and inspired by your wonderful story!

Erick: Baker, thanks for allowing me to share my story. I appreciate everything you do!

When I Write, I Lose My Senses October 6, 2009

Hello all.

Lately, I’ve been working on a new Baker Project, that can be described as simply losing my senses. There are moments where I am working on a particular part in this project and I just lose it. I lose a sense of time, logic, fear, worry…etc. Many creative writers, artists have called this a state of flow. It’s indescribable really to be so immersed in something in this case writing, that I loose track of time.

I was currently working on my project and I just got a sudden rush to write about this state of mind while it was still fresh in me.
This post is just coming straight from my soul at this very moment, I don’t even know if I should categorize things or label things and call this a “regular” Baker post at this moment. I just feel really blissful and amazing to be able to put words on paper, and have it feel like the words are just glowing out of the page. It’s a pretty amazing feeling when one gets in this flow because it feels like time just stops. To be this immersed in the present moment is something I won’t try to describe here, but just felt I needed to put out into the world.

I don’t even know if what I just wrote made total sense. But I lose my senses when I’m writing…

When I was free of all thought I entered this space.
It was neither a fast or slow pace.
Neither was it a race.
The need for desiring anything did not exist.
All I remember was pure bliss.
A place where abundant creativity flowed naturally.
Not concerned with what “they” see.
It was the flow that set me free.
It was the flow that allowed me to BE.

Hello all.
Many people enjoy the pictures that I have above my blog posts. The majority of the pictures I post are carefully selected pictures I get from google images. I try my best to contact each photo and ask approval from the source when I can. Some of the other pictures you see of were taken by my sister Kimbundance. The picture above is from my sister Kimbundance. You can check out her amazing photography work HERE.

“A picture is worth a thousand words.”

There is a little story that goes behind the pictures I’ve posted on my blogs.
This entire summer has been remarkable. This summer, I’ve been fortunate enough to have done a lot of traveling relatively close to California. This summer I’ve been lucky enough to travel to different parts of Arizona, Lake Tahoe, San Diego, and some really nice Orange County beaches such as Newport and Laguna Beach. While I was traveling, little did I know the pictures that I’ve carefully selected and admired that I had just grabbed from Google Images have began appearing to me in real life.

It was pretty amazing watching the whole thing unfold. I would be say in Arizona, visiting the Grand Canyon, and actually be standing right in front of the wonderful sight in real life, only to realize about 7-10 blog posts before, I had the exact same picture in one of my blog posts. This has happened in numerous occasions.
Life really does imitate art, and art imitates life…
